Mindfulpath meditation is the practice of expanding one’s awareness of the self. This is accomplished by the use of mindfulness skills to survey the immediate experience of the body. The breath is often used as a tool to ground oneself in the here-and-now and can produce an overall calming effect on the body. At Mindfulpath, we will teach you both formal and informal ways of meditation that will help you to connect with your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience. Meditation is a deeply personal practice – we will help you find what works for you.
At Mindfulpath we welcome beginners as well as those with more extensive experience. Meditation is about acknowledging your present experience, not striving for a particular feeling or mindset. We offer meditation in individual and group settings. Our facilitators will teach you the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation and explore what works best.
