after finding personal recovery, he found himself immersed in the study of psychology and the field of mental health and addiction treatment. Throughout his years of work experience, he has seen many types of people progress through successful paths of treatment, and many fail to receive substantial oversight with their care. Will seeks to fill the gaps where the individual can rest assured that the communication and plans of care can be clearly outlined and defined for success.

Will works to expand the possibilities that the psyche creates and so often limits on the individual. He has a natural zest for life and nurtures interactions with an innate ability to create a connected space of meaningfulness both collegially and professionally that honors presence and perspective. Will was trained by one of the country's most respected interventionists, Earl Hightower, and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor which provides him the opportunity to see patients for both case-management and counseling sessions. Will also provides relapse prevention groups and utilizes his thorough knowledge of the twelve steps to help move individuals through the stages of change.
