Taryn McPherson RDN, NASM-CPT
Food has a rich cultural value. It is meant to be a source of gathering, celebration, and joy. The foods we like, eat, and how we gather around them can tell part of the story of who we are. Unfortunately, for many, food is a source of anxiety, fear, and guilt. Taryn is passionate about helping people find freedom with all foods, through repairing their relationship with food and reconnecting with their bodies to understand what they truly need.
Taryn has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2010. She specializes in supporting those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating, and those who are fed up with diets and ready to reclaim their life. Through her compassionate, individualized approach Taryn encourages clients to practice curiosity and self-compassion as they work together to discover a more intuitive way of eating.
Taryn is a dedicated advocate for healthy soil and regenerative agriculture. In her downtime she enjoys gardening, getting creative in the kitchen, and spending time with her family.
